Katherine is a trauma-informed relationship coach, midlife mentor, motivational speaker, TEDx speaker and author, supporting people all over the world to transform their relationships with themselves, date differently, find a healthy and loving partnership with another, improve all their relationships and build fulfilling lives.
She is the author of 'How to Fall in Love - A 10-Step Journey to the Heart' and a frequent contributor to the media on the topic of love, dating and relationships. She has shared her relationship wisdom on national radio, including on Radio 2's Jeremy Vine show, and in Psychologies, The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail and Good Housekeeping, to name a few. Katherine is a former international journalist for the news agency Reuters. Katherine also has her own story of personal transformation, overcoming an eating disorder and unhealthy relationship patterns, learning to love herself, changing her dating patterns and committing to a healthy relationship.
