​Are you ready to dive into the New Year and to commit to living courageously in 2024? Would you like to connect with other like-minded women and share your love and life intentions and feel inspired, uplifted and encouraged?

If so, join me for a wonderful beach sauna, women's sharing circle and sea dip at the start of 2024, focused on the theme of fulfilling our 2024 love and life dreams.

We'll gather in the warmth of The Saltwater Sauna on Sandbanks beach, where I will hold space for you all to share your love and life dreams for the New Year. Discuss the deepest desires of your heart, set your loving intentions, receive encouragement and support.

Then give yourself the gift of courage by running into the cold sea with your fellow participants. As we overcome our physical fears of entering the water, despite the chill, we build our inner resilience too - we grow in self-belief so that we are more able to walk towards and overcome our love and life challenges.

​This combination of sauna and sea dips is incredibly life-affirming, healing and joyful - not to mention the positive benefits of shrieking as we walk into the cold water!

​ The Details

Meet at the Saltwater Sauna at 3:30 pm on Sunday January 7th for introductions and a briefing before getting ready to enter the sauna at 3:45 pm. We have exclusive use of the sauna until 4:50 pm, after which we'll change and enjoy a hot tea while wrapping up our conversations.

This is an afternoon of sisterhood and connection - a gathering of like-minded women who are on a personal development and healing journey and who understand the power of vulnerability, empathy and mutual support and encouragement. It's also an incredible way to start the New Year!

Please note spaces are limited to seven so please book early to avoid disappointment.
